Ten years of Wifirst & Accor partnership

Accor is France's leading hotel group, with over 5,500 hotels in around 100 countries. The brand portfolio is very broad, from Midscale & Economy (Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, Adagio, etc.) to Luxury & Premium (Sofitel, Pullman, Raffles, MGallery, etc.).

Our shared history began in 2013 when Wifirst was selected by Accor to replace Orange on the Mercure, Novotel, Pullman and MGallery brands. 250 hotels were equipped in just three months! Three years later, Wifirst is listed as the sole WiFi, Fibre and Chromecast partner for all the group's brands. Since then, we've continued to work closely with our customers, offering a tailor-made technological approach that has won over Accor teams and franchisees as they digitise their establishments.

An analysis of WiFi Booking scores reveals that Wifirst has the best average score for each brand.

An analysis of WiFi ratings on Booking shows that Wifirst stands out from the competition in every category. All customers value the quality of the service provided.

On the WiFi score, the average difference is 0.4 points between the customer base operated by Wifirst and that operated by other providers.

At Accor, we operate future-proof networks capable of absorbing the incredible growth in Internet usage (x2 in four years).

This illustration shows both the halt in traffic from March 2020, and the resumption of activity from the 2nd half of 2021. Since then, the growth in usage has been staggering!
