Artificial intelligence
Wifirst operates over 300,000 active devices on its network (WiFi access points, switches, network termination equipment, Wifirst Boxes, etc.). For 20 years, the operator has been investing in the intelligence of its own information systems and in the development of software overlays. To keep pace with the proliferation of equipment, manufacturers and data collection, Wifirst uses artificial intelligence for its deployment and supervision tools, as well as its QoS technology.
Automated commissioning
- Implementation of IA protocols that enable our central equipment (wifirst box) to "discover" all active network devices and provision them with the right configurations.
- Works regardless of equipment manufacturer.
Network anomaly detection
- Event correlation analysis to detect and anticipate anomalies using our "in-house" supervision tool (see below).
- Advanced alerting system to call on the right teams in our NOC.
Quality of service algorithms
- The challenge of collective WiFi is to avoid saturating networks at peak times.
- In addition to ensuring fairness between users, we have developed a code that dynamically classifies and optimizes flows.
