Presentation of Center Parcs Bois aux daims
The Domaine Le Bois aux Daims is located in the Loire region and its vineyards, close to Futuroscope. Nestled in the heart of nature, this Center Parcs offers guests a large tropical indoor aquatic world, an immersive experience in the animal world with the Farm, the Canopy and wild deer in the wild, luxurious modern cottages, and a huge 1,300 m² spa.
The partnership
Wifirst opened this Center Parc in June 2015. The site is connected to Wifirst's fiber optics, and each bungalow has its own WiFi terminal. More than 800 terminals are supervised 24/7 by Wifirst's technical teams.
Access to the service
WiFi service is available in cottages at a charge. Basic access is available free of charge in public areas. Wifirst has provided Center Parcs staff with a web interface (the Wifirst Center) where connection codes can be generated and sent to customers.
A very busy network
We frequently record peaks of 1,000 simultaneous connections on the estate, particularly during the July/August high season.
The vast majority of connections are made on smartphones (70% of connections), reflecting what we see everywhere else.
