Take your WiFi network to the next level with Wifirst
How can Wifirst guarantee a higher quality of service than the market?
Wifirst has the most significant experience of WiFi in complex environments
Wifirst was the first B2B operator to master WiFi technology, and has constantly capitalized on its experience to develop and improve its know-how, tools and expertise.
No other operator has been confronted with so many complex technical and operational situations, and Wifirst has always been able to satisfy all the companies that have placed their trust in us.

The challenge of quality during peak periods
We know exactly what a busy network means at peak times, and have developed technologies to offer the best quality of service at all times (e.g. WiFi in Cités U).

The challenge of complex environments
Ensuring good WiFi in warehouses, avoiding interference in department stores or providing WiFi service for our soldiers on OPEX... Complex challenges that make our teams proud.

The challenge of an ultra-critical WiFi service
The accelerating digitalization of businesses has revealed the vital importance of the connectivity base. Our pro customers all ask us to manage a WiFi infrastructure with very high availability.

The challenge of managing large-scale projects
Wifirst has the financial, human and organizational capacity to execute large-scale contracts (such as deploying hundreds of points of sale every month for Les Mousquetaires).
Wifirst invests in QoS and tools for auditing, deployment and operation
Wifirst recently invested €1.5 million in the creation and development of its new web & mobile audit and integration platform. This collaborative platform, called AUDIN, will revolutionize the way our auditors, delivery project managers and integrators work on our sites, saving time at every level and achieving unprecedented levels of quality thanks to the platform's integrated modeling, control and management system.
Dedicated proprietary tools are also available for proactive supervision and quality of service management. Our technicians, engineers and network administrators have access to innovative applications that enable them to carry out their work in the best possible conditions, to the complete satisfaction of our end customers.
The "as a service" model created by Wifirst is a fundamentally virtuous one.
Since its creation in 2002, Wifirst has been offering a "WiFi as a Service" solution to all businesses and public administrations. WiFi as a Service is both a business model and an innovative approach:
- a business model: Wifirst invests in deployment and operates the service. Customers pay Wifirst a fixed monthly subscription.
- an innovative approach: Wifirst assumes full responsibility for the project, and makes strong commitments on service quality.
Here are 5 reasons why companies and public organizations are attracted to this model.
- It's a virtuous model, based on a commitment to results.
- Customers control and optimize their costs.
- Wifirst takes responsibility for end-to-end service.
- The service model is conducive to network sustainability.
- IT departments can focus on their business challenges.
Customers confirm our technological lead
We are constantly looking for tangible, neutral evidence to validate our model and the relevance of our connectivity solutions. In the Hospitality segment, Booking is proving to be an excellent indicator of WiFi satisfaction. We have created an observatory of WiFi Booking scores for French hotels, and are pleased to note that the average score for hotels equipped by Wifirst is systematically better than that for hotels equipped by other suppliers.
For example, out of 4485 hotels (2, 3, 4 and 5 stars with more than 30 rooms) analyzed, the average score forWifirst-equippedestablishmentsis 8.22/10, compared with 7.82 for "competitor" hotels. A difference of 0.4 points, the difference is significant and has an indirect impact on hotel sales.
Our customers ' feedback is also proof that they recognize the technical superiority of our solutions. In their eyes, there's a before and an after to Wifirst.
"The challenge was to find a business partner who could help us find an economically viable, reliable and scalable solution to adapt to the new uses of today and tomorrow. We had a dual need for connectivity, and it's very important both that our customers are fully satisfied with our services, and that we can simplify our employees' daily lives by giving them access to the best technologies on the market".

Emmanuelle Anglade
Executive Vice President Marketing, Sales and Technology Groupe Barrière
"The choice of the Wifirst solution was an obvious one for us, not only does Wifirst handle all the implementation but also the supervision of all the teams for all our points of sale. "

Eric Goutry
Store IT Support Manager
"The selection process introduced us to Wifirst and the quality of their offering and technical expertise convinced us. We have had the opportunity to work closely with their operational team and feel we are in good hands to offer the best possible service to our customers and staff, with increased resilience from this new network."

Franck Sibille
Area Vice President & General Manager, Grand Hyatt Barcelona
"Internet as at home, or even better than at home, was a prerequisite of the call for tenders and a requirement for every student living in a Crous residence. Wifirst's PlanetCampus system was judged to meet this requirement for quality and innovation. It will enable the Crous to pursue the development of "digital" residences, where connected objects play a key role in providing students with even more services.

Michel Affre
Chief Digital Officer, CNOUS
"On this large-scale project, our need was clear: to benefit from a solid infrastructure capable of absorbing the needs of our holidaymakers and teams. As a true partner, Wifirst supported us throughout the project, right from the construction phase, a decisive phase for this village spread over 24 hectares".
