The challenges of Chromecast in a Hospitality context
Chromecast is a product originally designed for the general public. To offer the Chromecast service in a hotel or residence (collective WiFi context), the operator must meet two major challenges.
- Ergonomics: offer a simple, intuitive solution for service users.
- Technical challenge: create a "0 risk" solution in terms of security (to be sure not to "cast" content onto the neighbor's TV, either inadvertently or maliciously).
